JOIN A COMMITTEE
This is where you can make a difference!
We have five main committees that focus on different areas of need around the school. While the PTA will hold General Assembly meetings throughout the year, the individual committees will meet as needed. Joining a committee is a great way to meet new people, to make a difference, and have some fun while supporting the students and staff at Eaton!
FALL FESTIVAL COMMITTEE
This committee plans and executes our Fall Festival. The date this year is October 20, so we need to go ahead and get started! Games, prizes, food trucks, raffle baskets: a lot of planning goes into this fundraiser. We meet now through October and work together to make this event fun for the whole family.
SPIRIT COMMITTEE
This committee oversees several events at the school including BINGO nights, spirit days/nights, Tour of Lights, and more! We promote school spirit in all the ways we can and we encourage fellowship and fun with our Eaton families! This committee meets throughout the year and is in charge of many events!
TEACHER APPRECIATION COMMITTEE
This committee focuses on all of our teacher appreciation efforts. We love to spoil our amazing teachers and staff! We focus on organizing a monthly luncheon for staff, we provide several celebratory luncheons throughout the year, and go all out for Teacher Appreciation Week! This committee meets throughout the year and needs members who are willing to help pick up, set up, and organize meals and treats for the Eaton staff!
YEARBOOK COMMITTEE
This committee focuses on creating the Eaton yearbook. This is a small committee that is detail oriented. We need photographers who come to school events and people who enjoy design, can meet deadlines, and who can showcase our school and its students and staff in fun and exciting ways!
